Please submit a screenshot of the Basic Info section of your profile page within the Loupe App to Loupe Support. When doing this, please ensure that your Loupe username and email are visible in the shop. Requests must be submitted from the email associated with the account.
Please note that deleting your account will cause purchase history and past orders to no longer be visible.
