Note: Shops are responsible for their policies on how they handle these situations - we only provide baseline information on how some shops do so. We recommend asking the Loupe Live partner you’re purchasing from for their specific policy prior to purchasing.
On Loupe, our expectation is that shops will typically ship all of your cards including base, however occasionally they may note that they will only be shipping “hits”, which are typically defined as a parallel, variation, insert, SP (Short Print), SSP (Super-Short Print), memorabilia card, autograph, rookie card, or other non-base card. If this is unclear, we encourage you to inquire with the breaker at the time of the break for clarification. Most breakers, even if they are only planning to ship hits, will likely still send your base cards if you request they do so!
Loupe's expectation is that all shops will ship something, even if you do not hit cards within the break. As noted above, this (what they ship) is at the discretion of the shop. This can be anything from shop merchandise, to supplies, to sealed packs of cards!
