PSA Discounts work differently than credits, and have specific requirements to be applied to a purchase! If you are experiencing issues using your PSA discounts on a purchase, please ensure that the following applies:
1. You have successfully redeemed your PSA Promotional Link, and your account currently has an active balance.

2. Please ensure that your purchase meets the minimum requirements for PSA Discount eligibility. PSA Discounts require a minimum transaction of $30 including shipping (but before sales tax).
3. Ensure that your purchase is from a livestream on Loupe. Market sales are not eligible for PSA discounts.
Please note that PSA discounts are limited to $20 per transaction. There is no limit to how many individual transactions are placed during specific time period.
For example, A user with $20 in PSA discounts purchases an item priced at $40. After $4.95 in shipping the pre-tax purchase price is $44.95. In this scenario, the total discount applied will be $14.95. The remaining $30 will be charged to a valid payment method and is subject to applicable state sales tax.
Please note: Credits obtained via the PSA Collector's Club are classified as discounts, and are limited to $20 per transaction, with a minimum purchase amount of $30 (including shipping, however before sales tax). PSA discounts can not be stacked, and they are subject to forfeiture after 1 year of inactivity. Loupe discounts and credits cannot be utilized for Loupe Market purchases.
