In the event your shipment has gone an extended period of time, don't fret! We'll do our best to ensure you're taken care of. While we do everything we can to ensure your items are handled with care, we unfortunately have no control over a shipment once the carrier has taken possession.
Delays can be caused by many variables, including localized weather issues or transit issues. If your package goes 5 days without a scan, please let us know!
Before Loupe can assist however, you will then need to contact your local post office or carrier for assistance. You will want to ensure you have your tracking number handy, and you must contact them after initially informing Loupe prior to Loupe being able to assist further. Once a search request is submitted, the carrier will investigate the situation.
More often than not, these investigations result in the package being found and continuing its journey to you. In the event USPS confirms the package has been lost, please ensure that you send that documentation in to us, as Loupe will make sure you are made whole.
We encourage that you request the appropriate insurance based on the value of your shipment on purchase, as typically the best recourse in these situations is to file an insurance claim with USPS. Alongside this, we'll be here to help every step of the way!
